We offer delivery and assembly for furniture from our Fraser showroom, free local delivery on selected products and promotions, and financing through Snap Finance and Synchrony HOME.

From the showroom to your home

  2. Check the fit

    Measure your room and the way in (see the checklist below) so delivery goes smoothly.

  3. Schedule delivery

    We arrange a delivery time that works for you and confirm the details in advance.

  4. Assembly

    We can assemble your furniture so it's ready to use.

Delivery cost

The price of delivery and assembly depends on the product and how far you are from our Fraser showroom. Send us your address and the piece you like, and we'll give you the exact price before you buy.

  • Free local delivery on selected products and promotions. Ask us which pieces qualify right now.
  • Shipping across the USA is available for selected products, such as our handmade coffee tables.

Before delivery day: measuring checklist

  • The room: measure the space where the furniture will go and leave room to walk around it.
  • Doorways: measure the width and height of every door on the way in.
  • Hallways & corners: check tight turns, especially for sectionals and sofas.
  • Stairs & elevators: note the stairway width, any landings and ceiling height above the stairs.
  • Sleeper sectionals: allow space in front for the bed when it is pulled out.
  • Storage beds: allow space for the storage to open.

Every product page lists width, depth and height. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll help.

Financing

Pay over time with Snap Finance or Synchrony HOME

Financing is available through Snap Finance and Synchrony HOME, subject to approval. Ask us in the showroom or call us and we'll help you apply.

Do you deliver furniture?

Yes. We offer delivery for furniture purchased from Balkan Furniture. The price depends on the product and your distance from our Fraser showroom.

Do you assemble the furniture?

Yes, we offer assembly. Ask us when you place your order.

Is delivery free?

We offer free local delivery on selected products and promotions. Ask us which pieces qualify.

Do you ship outside Michigan?

Selected products, such as our handmade coffee tables, can be shipped across the USA. Contact us with your address for a quote.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through Snap Finance and Synchrony HOME, subject to approval.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to Fraser and the surrounding Metro Detroit area, including Warren, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Clinton Township and Troy. Send us your address and we'll give you the price.

How do I know the furniture will fit?

Each product page lists the dimensions. Measure your room, doorways, hallways and stairs, and send us your measurements if you have any doubts.
